We have urgent requests for volunteers:

Aptos Families  - We Need Your Help!

The PTSA is still looking for volunteers to fill key positions like:

Craft Fair Coordinators - The annual Craft Fair needs 2-5 people to coordinate with teachers, students and clubs to advertise the event, organize student vendors, as well as be onsite the day of the event. The Craft Fair is an after-school event and typically runs from 3:45pm-6:30pm on a school day in December (tentative date: 12/12/19). The Craft Fair gives our students the opportunity to make and sell crafts, offer activities and refreshments for fellow classmates, earn money for their club and participate in a festive and creative community event!

Hospitality Co-Chair - With the support of our veteran Hospitality Chair, we are looking for someone to help plan, shop, and set-up for approximately 8 social events for our community throughout the year, such as the Pizza & Ice-Cream social, Pi Night and Teacher Appreciation dinners and lunches.

Volunteer Coordinator - Contact and organize volunteers via email to help donate food or volunteer time at community events throughout the school year.

Auditor - Audit the PTSA financial records twice per year, in January and July, 2020.

Please email aptosptsa@gmail.com to find out more or volunteer.
